Jackie finds inspiration in being an integral part of both the strategic and creative development of brands. One might refer to her as both the left and right brain of the business. Her remarkable eye for accuracy and particular work ethic is the backbone of Cultiva. Most importantly Jackie is driven by passion—she lives and breathes design. Her energetic attitude and generosity toward everyone she crosses paths with is contagious. She loves designing anything, from identities to packaging to tractor manuals.
Before starting Cultiva in 2003, Jackie spent six years as a Senior Designer at Eyethink, where her clients included Cheryl&Co, J.P. Morgan, The Limited, Huntington Bank, and Lane Bryant. Earlier in her career, Jackie worked for Moorehead Design, Via Marketing and Design and The Wexner Center for the Arts.

We believe Chris may just be an international spy. In her past life she was a school teacher, legislative assistant, media coordinator, business manager, human resources professional and now, she has distilled these experiences into her own company that provides coaching for small businesses.
For Cultiva she guides daily operations so that we can put our ideas into action effectively. She provides advice on managerial and office issues and ensures that each employee has the tools to function productively. She maintains our accounts payable and receivable and is available to answer routine business questions on behalf of the company.
Chris really enjoys the end of the week in our office, especially because she dictates the "Rule of Lunch" on Fridays.
Harley plays a very important role in client appreciation and will greet you at the door with open paws. Harley oversees that Cultiva is a cozy, comfortable environment perfect for brainstorming sessions. His good looks and charm keep you coming back while his curious temperment provides our entertainment around the workplace.
Some might refer to him as manager, however, he considers himself to be top dog in the business. You can find Harley perusing the office grounds or enjoying the occasional bone.
